Olivia Pitcher

Reigning from Auckland, New Zealand, Olivia, comes highly qualified and passionate about all things design. In 2016 Olivia's talents were recognised when she was Awarded the Bronze Award in the NZ Design Best Awards. Upon completing a Bachelor of Design (Spatial Design) from Massey University College of Creative Arts in Wellington, NZ, she spent a year working the ski fields of California before deciding the warm Gold Coast climate was beckoning. Now residing in Mount Maunganui, New Zealand, Olivia still contributes her talents and creativity to Salt Living digitally, assisting with marketing and graphic design.
Steve Bishop

Coming from a creative Melbourne family, and until recently, working as a Town Planner his whole life, Steve possesses a great appreciation for architecture and design. Bringing to Salt Living his skills in spatial design; Steve’ s advice and muscle have helped bring the new store to life!
Now retired, Steve is a hands on source of support at Salt Living, working both in store and behind the scenes in the warehouse. When he is not travelling, sailing or salsa dancing that is!
Carol Bishop
Originally from South Africa, Carol has been a speech pathologist for 40 years. Having developed and owned an online business for 20 of those years, she is a renowned business woman in her industry and possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience, which were the original inspiration behind Jacinta’s own online pursuits.
Having generously given over her office to Jacinta for her first online store ‘warehouse’, Carol assists in the store on weekends and is an endless source of support in the area of online business development.
