When is the sale on?

Our sale will run from 8am AEST Wednesday 19th November and end at midnight (AEST) on December 1st Monday, or while stock lasts.


Many pieces are available in very limited quantities, and once a size or colour sells out, it will not be restocked during the sale period. We recommend securing your favourites early to avoid missing out.

Why might things take a little longer during the sale?

Each Salt Living order is handled with care by our small team in Coolangatta. During a sale, order volumes increase significantly, and we prioritise quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Your patience and support of our small, family-run business mean so much - thank you for allowing us the time to do things properly.

When will my Loyalty Points be allocated?

Loyalty Points are automatically allocated upon dispatch. Due the unusually high volume of orders during our sale period please allow up to 7–10 additional business days for processing.

Every order is packed with care by our small team, and we sincerely appreciate your patience while we manage the increased volume.

Can I contact customer service during the sale?

Yes - though our response times may be a little slower. Please allow an extra 48–72 hours for a reply during the sale period. We’re a small, dedicated team doing our best to respond to every message personally. Thank you for your kindness and understanding.

Can I change or cancel my order once it’s placed?

During our sale, once an order has been processed, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.

When will my order be dispatched?

During our sale, dispatch times are extended. Please allow up to 7–10 additional business days for processing. Every order is packed with care by our small team, and we sincerely appreciate your patience while we manage the increased volume.

Are fabric swatches available?

We’re not sending fabric swatches during our sale, as our small team is focused on dispatching customer orders as efficiently as possible. Swatch requests will resume once the sale ends.

Are bundles available during the sale?

We will still be offering our Quilted Bundle, however all other bundles offers are paused during the sale period, as individual product prices have already been reduced. Bundle discounts will return once the sale concludes.

Are sale items eligible for refund or exchange?

Sale items are not eligible for refunds, but they can be returned for an exchange or store credit, provided they meet our standard return conditions - unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Meet the Founder

Together with my parents, Carol and Steve, we opened Salt Living in early 2015 - and it’s been our greatest joy ever since.

My days are spent working on Salt Living's marketing/website/products or moving between home in Coffs Harbour and our Gold Coast warehouse. When not working I'll usually either be playing with my son, frolicking in the sea, painting or deep in a Pinterest rabbit hole, absorbing all the beautiful tones, textures, and interiors that inspire me.

But one of my greatest joys is linen — and the quiet ritual of returning home to a bed layered with freshly laundered sheets and a fluffy, crisp duvet.
