Refund policy

We trust you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, please do not hesitate to get in touch with our friendly Salt Living team.

We do accept exchanges and refunds on all full priced orders within 30 days of purchase, provided you meet the following conditions.

  • You have initiated a return request within 30 days from purchase.
  • Item/s are in brand new, unused, unwashed, original condition.
  • Swing Tags are still attached.
  • Return authorisation has been approved via our returns portal.

Salt Living reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet the above conditions.

Refunds:

Once your return parcel is received, inspected and approved we will then process your refund via your original method of payment. You will receive email notification once your refund has been processed.

Please note: Refund amounts will be issued excluding the original shipping cost.

The Shipping Costs incurred for returning an item/s to us for an exchange or refund are not covered or reimbursed by us. (Except in the case of a faulty or incorrect order)

Exchanges:

Once your return parcel is received, inspected and approved we will then send you your requested exchange item/s. You will receive email notification once your return has been processed and your exchange items have been dispatched.

If the total of your exchange order is greater than your returned item/s then we will email you a link for you to complete your payment of the balance.

If the total of your exchange order is less than your returned item/s then we will refund the difference back to your original payment method.

Can I return items I bought on sale?

Sale items may be returned for store credit or exchange (of higher value) only.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders:

If your order was incomplete, incorrect, faulty or damaged please email us immediately at shop@saltliving.com.au or lodge your return at Salt Living Returns 

We ask that you please include photos of incorrect/damaged/faulty item/s for our reference. Once we have received your advice of any faulty or damaged goods we will aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

We will take responsibility for any costs of returning incorrect/damaged/faulty item/s.

How long does it take for my refund to be received?

Once your refund has been processed by us, you will receive an email notification.

  • Credit card refunds may take 3 - 5 business days to appear on your bank statement.
  • Paypal refunds will be deposited straight back into the Paypal account used to place the order.
  • Afterpay refunds-  Future instalments owing will be cancelled and any payments already made will be refunded back to you by Afterpay. Please allow 3 - 5 days to be processed.
