What are your delivery times?
Orders are dispatched from our Kirra Warehouse in South-East Qld. Orders are dispatched within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays. Metro orders usually arrive within 2 - 4 business days. Rural addresses may take up to 4 - 8 business days.
If you have placed a pre-order, orders may take a few days longer than usual as we generally have higher than usual volumes of orders to get through once the container arrives at our warehouse.

Can you provide worldwide shipping?
We generally only ship to Australia and New Zealand. If you are outside of these countries please email us at shop@saltliving.com.au and we can provide you with a custom shipping quote.

How can I cancel my order?
Please email us at shop@saltliving.com.au to see if it's possible. If your order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, then it will be too late.

How do I care for my product?
Machine wash on a delicate cycle with soft detergents and similar colours in cool or warm water,before line drying in shade. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach, soak or use harsh chemicals. Do not leave in the sun for extended periods. Your linen will soften over time, retaining their relaxed, indulgent texture.
