Standard Australian Delivery Rates

Australian Orders over $350 AUD: Free Delivery

Australian orders under $350 AUD: $15 Flat Rate 

 

Standard Delivery Timeframes.

Please allow 2 - 7 days for your parcel to arrive. This timeframe varies depending on your state of residence and if your address is considered rural or metro.  The average time for our parcels to arrive within Australia is 1 - 4 days.

 

Express Shipping.

We offer Express Shipping within Australia at a $20 flat rate. Please select this option at checkout. If you are in NZ please contact us with your desired items and your shipping address, so we may prepare you a custom express shipping quote. 

Within Metro Areas: Next business day delivery.

Outside Metro Areas: May not be next day delivery, but will be faster than Standard Delivery.  

 

New Zealand Delivery Timeframes.

Orders over $350 aud - Free Delivery

Order under $350 aud - $20

• New Zealand -  6 to 10 days

Please note: When international orders reach their destination country there can sometimes be delays, causing your order to take longer than our estimated delivery timeframes. These delays are out of our control, but your order’s status may be tracked along the way using the tracking number we provide you.

 

Signatures and Tracking.

All orders will have a Tracking number and A signature will be required upon delivery.  

If you give “Authority to Leave” unattended at your address then please let us know in the Note section at checkout. Or via email shop@saltliving.com.au immediately after placing your order and we can notify the courier of your authorisation.

 

Insurance.

Any accidental damage or breakages that may occur during the delivery process will be covered by transit insurance. However, if you have given us Authority To Leave your package unattended without a signature, then the insurance won’t be valid. However, your experience with Salt Living matters deeply to us ~ from the moment you arrive on our website to the day your linen is resting on your bed. So if your parcel is affected while in transit, or there is any issue with delivery at all, please be sure to communicate it with us so we can promptly lodge a claim and arrange a resolution with care and urgency.

 

International Delivery Shipping Rates

We do ship to some countries internationally. If you live outside of Australia and require assistance placing your order please email us at shop@saltliving.com.au 

 

Duties and Taxes.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are calculated once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying these charges and if you choose to return your order, these fees are non-refundable. Please contact your local customs office for further information on any fees you may incur as they can vary widely from country to country.

 

Order Processing.

You will receive an Order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and then a Shipping Confirmation email including a Tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please ensure you have supplied us with your correct email address.

We aim to process all orders within one business day, with orders placed before midday AEST shipped the same day. Weekend and Public Holiday orders will be dispatched the following business day.
